Dentistry With A Heart
On October 25, 2008 Dr. DeLoach and his team hosted their first annual Dentistry with a Heart. This event was designed to provide free dental care to those in need. Each patient was able to choose from 1 extraction, 1 filling or a cleaning. Dr. DeLoach set a goal to see at least 150 people. With the help from Dr.'s Burr, Savell, Clark, Adkisson and several hygienists, assistants and volunteers, the event was a success. 167 people in need received over $33,000 worth of free dental care. With donations of food, advertising, dental supplies and numerous other items, the Dickson community paid a large part in the event. Plans for next year's Dentistry with a Heart have already begun.
